组织三届滑雪产业高级管理人才培训，累计超过300名来自全国各地的雪场及相关产业的高管参加，为解决国内众多中小型雪场因缺少专业知识及实践经验的管理人才而阻碍其良性发展的严峻问题，特邀多位拥有多年滑雪产业实战工作经验及高级管理领导能力的讲师，为中小型滑雪场培养专业管理人才，不断地为中国滑雪产业注入新的活力，促进中国滑雪产业高速、稳定的发展。

Training Class for Talents in Ski Management has been hosted three times, more than 300 executives from ski resorts and relevant industries participate in it.
