大同万龙运动旅游有限公司成立于2017年4月26日，主要经营体育运动；游览景区服务；策划、组织体育活动；承办展览、展示活动；零售；住宿；会议服务；餐饮服务；酒店、雪场管理；滑雪培训等。

公司的成立为响应山西省委省政府、大同市委市政府关于全面开展冰雪体育项目，贯彻国家发展生态旅游的政策主张、推动运动旅游产业的转型升级，借助2022年北京—张家口冬奥会申办成功的契机，带动大同冬季体育运动的发展，实现冬季群众体育活动项目的普及，打造“城郊运动休闲特色冰雪小镇”的城市新名片。     

公司旗下的大同万龙白登山国际滑雪运动旅游区项目已于2017年6月正式开工建设，建于大同县周士庄镇三条涧村北约1公里处的白登山，距大同市中心9公里，规划面积246平方公里，总投资约20亿元，规划建设雪场、娱雪公园、雪具大厅、山间服务区、冰雪小镇。

大同万龙白登山滑雪场是迄今为止山西省最大、综合性最强、距离市中心最近的大型滑雪场，是以初、中级滑雪娱乐为主、高级滑雪为支撑的运动滑雪休闲胜地。2017年11月中旬投入运营，届时将开放雪道18条，其中初级道4条，中级道10条，高级道8条，可同时容纳7000多人畅滑。2019年第二届青年运动会冬季项目在次举办，为我省开展冰雪运动打下了坚实的基础。

大同万龙白登山滑雪场最高海拔约1240米，垂直落差122米，是以初、中级滑雪娱乐为主、高级滑雪为支撑的运动滑雪休闲胜地。雪场雪期平均可达120天，最佳雪质从当年的11月中旬到次年的3月中旬，是大同市首家开放式的大型专业滑雪场。

大同万龙白登山滑雪场一期投资约5亿元，打造集综合服务大厅、索道、雪道为一体的相关配套设施，2017年11月中旬投入运营，届时将开放雪道18条，其中初级道4条，中级道10条，高级道8条，雪道总长8600余米，造雪面积33公顷，可同时容纳3000多人畅滑，还有专为儿童和娱雪者设计的由雪雕长廊、雪地转盘、雪地迷宫、雪堡乐园、雪地摩托组成的娱雪公园和雪圈区，满足各级别滑雪爱好者的雪“瘾”。

Company's Datong Wan Long white mountaineering international skiing tourist area project has officially started construction in June 2017, built in Datong Zhou Shizhuang town three Ji' an village 1 kilometers north of white mountain, 9 kilometers from Datong city center, planning area of 246 square kilometers, with a total investment of about 2 billion yuan, planning and construction of snow resort, entertainment snow park, snow hall, mountain service area, snow and ice town.

Datong Wanlong White Mountaineering and Ski Resort is the largest and most comprehensive ski resort and the closest to the city center in Shanxi Province. It is a sports skiing leisure resort with primary and intermediate skiing entertainment and supported by senior skiing. It will be put into operation in mid-November 2017, and 18 ski trails will be open, including 4 primary roads, 10 intermediate roads and 8 advanced roads, which can accommodate more than 7,000 people at the same time. The winter events of the second Youth Games in 2019 were held at the next time, laying a solid foundation for the development of ice and snow sports in our province.

Datong Wanlong White Mountaineering Ski Resort has a highest altitude of about 1240 meters and a vertical drop of 122 meters.
